Payments around Christmas and New Year

p>As banks will be closed for the holidays, we will not be able to process regular outgoing payments. In addition, account verification will also be limited during the holidays. Purchasing bitcoins using iDEAL and Bancontact will be possible as usual.

Please keep the following in mind when selling bitcoins to us during Christmas:

• All regular sell-orders after Monday December 24th, 12:00 will not be processed until Thursday December 27th.
• On the 25th and 26th of December, only urgent payments to ING, ABN Amro, SNS and bunq will be processed.

Please keep the following in mind when selling bitcoins to us around New Year:

<ul><li><strong>All regular sell-orders after Monday December 31th, 12:00</strong> will not be processed until Wednesday January 2nd.</li>
<li>Only urgent payments to ING, ABN Amro, SNS and bunq on January 1st will be processed.</li>
