Payments around Christmas and New Year

p>As banks will be closed for the holidays, we will not be able to process regular outgoing payments. In addition, account verification will also be limited during the holidays. Purchasing bitcoins using iDEAL and Mistercash will be possible as usual.

Please keep the following in mind when selling bitcoins to us during Christmas:

• All regular sell-orders after Thursday December 24, 12:00 will not be processed until Monday December 28.
• Urgent payments to ING, ABN Amro and SNS during December 25-27 will be processed on a 'best effort' basis.

Please keep the following in mind when selling bitcoins to us on January 1:

<li>Urgent payments to ING, ABN Amro and SNS during December 31, 15:00, to January 3 will be processed on a 'best effort' basis.</li>
