Use your own wallet for your purchase with Bitonic

There has been a recent influx of customers attempting to send bitcoins to webshops/third parties via our website directly. Even though some webshops claim to be associated with Bitonic, this is incorrect and Bitonic does not cooperate with these parties. Bitonic cannot facilitate transactions directly towards webshops and any transactions where this is attempted will be blocked immediately.

In order to use Bitonic's services, you will need to either use your own bitcoin wallet or a depositaddress from an exchange account in your name. If you do not own a bitcoin wallet or have any trouble with the installation of one, feel free to contact our customerservice with any questions you may have regarding this.

After installing your bitcoin wallet, you can specify a bitcoin address from that wallet within your next purchase with Bitonic. Your bitcoin addresses will often be found in the "receive" page within your wallet. After purchasing your bitcoin, you are free to spend your bitcoin as you desire to.
