I have a BL3P account, can I use it to login?

Unfortunately you cannot login with your BL3P login on Bitonic or the app. However you can create a new password and login afterwards. Here’s how it works:

• Go to the Bitonic login page
• Click on request or reset your password.
• Fill in your Bl3P e-mail address (not your notification e-mail but the e-mail address of the account itself) and click on reset password.
• You will receive an e-mail with instructions to create a new password.
• Follow the instructions and create a new password.

You can now login with your newly created password.Please note that you will have a separate password for BL3P and Bitonic. If you change your password on Bitonic it won’t be changed on BL3P and vice versa. We want to implement a unified login at some point, but that will take some time.
