Why wasn’t my Target Order executed?

There can be several reasons why your Target Order has not been executed. Some possible causes are:

• Market volatility: During extreme price movements, it is possible that your order is not executed. Even if the bitcoin price briefly reaches your target price, there might not be enough supply or demand at that moment to process your order.

For example: suppose your target price is €150,000, but at that moment, only 0.01 BTC is available at that price level, while your order (possibly combined with other Target Orders) requires more volume than 0.01 BTC. In that case, the order cannot be executed.

• The bitcoin price has not reached your target: The order is only executed when the price exactly matches the target you have set. If the price comes close but does not exactly match, the order will not be triggered.
• Technical issues or maintenance: External technical issues or scheduled maintenance can temporarily prevent orders from being executed.
