What is a US Person?

You are a US Person if one of the following applies:

• You are a US citizen
• You are a resident of the United States of America
• You have a residence, mailing address or phone number in the United States of America
• You are periodically transferring funds to the United States of America
• You have a plenipotentiary (authorized representative) with an address that is in the United States of America
