How do I withdraw euro from my Bitonic account to my bank account?
Withdrawing euro from your Bitonic account is simple. Just follow these steps:
- Log in:
Login to your account After logging in, you are always able to come back to your account overview by selecting 'Customer Service' followed by 'Account details'.
- Verify your bank account:
Make sure the bank account you intend to withdraw to is added and verified in your account. It's crucial that the name on the bank account matches the name of the account holder. To add or verify your bank account, select 'Your bank accounts' on the left side. If your bank account hasn't been added or verified yet, click 'ADD IBAN' and follow the instructions to verify your bank account via a 1-cent transaction. A green checkmark next to your bank account signifies it's verified.
- Go to your portfolio:
Click on Portfolio on the left-hand side to view your funds. Make sure that you have the euro balance that you wish to withdraw.
- Withdraw euro:
Within your portfolio enter the amount you want to withdraw under withdraw euro and choose your verified bank account as the withdrawal destination. Press withdraw euro and review the transaction details. Press withdraw.
- Confirm via 2FA:
Confirm your withdrawal by entering the code from your 2FA device when prompted, and press confirm withdraw. Your withdrawal is now being processed and will be transferred to your bank account.
