How do I deposit euro to my Bitonic account?

Depositing euro to your Bitonic account is simple. Just follow these steps:

Before you start

  • Make sure you’re logged in: Log in to your account.
  • Deposits must come from a bank account in the same name as your Bitonic account.

Step-by-step: deposit EUR

  1. Go to Portfolio
    After logging in, open Portfolio from the top menu.

  2. Click “Deposit”
    On the Portfolio page, click the green Deposit button.

  3. Choose what you want to deposit
    In the “Deposit funds” window, select Euro and click Next.

  4. Select your EUR deposit method
    Choose one of the available options and click Next:

    • iDEAL (Dutch banks)
    • Manual SEPA (all European banks)
    • Easy SEPA (all European banks)
    • Bancontact (Belgian banks)
  5. Complete the deposit

    • iDEAL / Bancontact: select your bank and follow the on-screen steps to approve the payment.
    • Easy SEPA: follow the on-screen instructions to complete the transfer using the provided flow.
    • Manual SEPA: use the bank details shown in Bitonic to create a SEPA transfer in your own banking app. Always copy the reference/description exactly so your deposit can be credited to your account.
