How do I change my telephone number?

You can request to change your telephone number by sending us an email. Because this concerns a sensitive change in your account we would like to ask you to verify yourself via an ID-selfie. A request to upload the ID-selfie in your Bitonic account will be sent from our system. Please take a selfie (photo) with your ID-card or passport next to your face and a paper with today’s date and ‘Bitonic’ written on it. Please remember to mention your new telephone number if you hadn’t previously in the correspondence.

Please be advised that as a safety measure, you won't be able to withdraw from your Bitonic account in the 48 hours following this change.
