Temporary service-adjustments

Due to the great interest in Bitcoin and the associated large volume of new customers, we regret to conclude that we currently have insufficient capacity to maintain the service level that we stand for. Our team continually works overtime and our servers are similarly strained.

We wish to focus during the coming weeks on putting everything in order again. This will require us to make some adjustements to our services, in order to reduce the excessive load on our employees and servers.

Minimal order adjustment

• The minimal purchase amount is temporarily increased to 100 euro.
• The minimum sale amount is temporarily increased to 100 euro.

Fixed times for urgent payments

Urgent payments will be carried out from now on shortly after 10 AM, 2PM, 5PM and 9 PM. Please make sure your transaction is sent well in advance and use sufficient fee to ensure the transaction is confirmed fast enough.
