400,000th bitcoin sold!

Since the founding of Bitonic in April 2012, we have sold our 400.000th bitcoin today. A memorable milestone for the Netherlands & Belgium. In April 2012, bitcoin was worth ~4.00 €, today the price is ~ 10,000 €.

Bitcoin has not only grown in price, but from a technical perspective, Bitcoin has improved greatly. Bitcoin shows great progression towards becoming the financial system of the future. Segregated Witness is activated, and next to it the Lightning Network is growing fast. In short, enough reasons to reflect on all these positive developments.
