As banks will be closed for the holidays, we will not be able to process regular outgoing payments. Purchasing bitcoins using iDEAL and Bancontact will be possible as usual. Please keep the following in mind when selling bitcoins to us during Christmas:

• All regular sell-orders after Thursday December 24th, 12:00 will not be processed until Monday December 28th.

Please keep the following in mind when selling bitcoins to us around New Year:

• All regular sell-orders after Thursday December 31st, 12:00 will not be processed until Monday January 4th.
