Bitonic lawsuit scheduled for 23 March

On Monday afternoon, Bitonic received a notification from the court that the lawsuit against the wallet verification requirement is scheduled for 23 March, 10:00 a.m. at the preliminary relief court in Rotterdam.

An independent legal verdict is in line with our previously published vision on the need for an independent assessment of the registration process and the unexpected registrations requirement that we needed to add.
