New login method at Bitonic
Starting today, a new login method is required for your Bitonic account. This new method requires customers to set a new password. After setting up your password you will be able to log in using your email address in combination with your newly created password.
Creating your password
To create a password follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to the login page on the Bitonic website.
Step 2: On the login page click 'Request or reset your password'.
Step 3: Enter the email address linked to your Bitonic account and click 'Reset password'.
Step 4: Enter the code that was sent to your email address.
Step 5: Fill in your new password and click 'Continue'.
Your password has now been created and a notification has been sent to you by email. From now on you are able to log in with your email address and password.
This change is an adjustment towards a more user-friendly product and future improvements of Bitonic products.
