Payments during the Christmas holidays

On both Christmas days no domestic and international payments are processed. The same applies to New Year's Day.

Because of the lack of interbank payments during Christmas, we can do no regular payouts on these days and account verification is restricted.
Buying bitcoins with iDeal and MisterCash is still posible.

When you sell bitcoins to us during Christmas, please consider the following:

• All the normal sales orders after Wednesday, December 24th 12.00 will be paid out on Monday, December 29th.
• Urgent payments processing will be limited from 25 to December 28, only transfers to ING, ABN Amro and SNS bank will be paid out in this period on best effort basis
