Creating a personal or business account is free of cost. We do not charge fees for holding bitcoin or euro balances. In most cases, deposits are also free of charge.

Bitonic

The fees below apply both for the app and website for transactions within your Bitonic account. This way, we make investing in bitcoin accessible to everyone.

Depending on trade volume Bitonic may adjust trading fees for specific user accounts. Please see our terms and conditions for details.

This is the fee for withdrawing bitcoin to your personal wallet. This fee goes to the miners who process the transaction on the bitcoin blockchain. The amount of this fee is variable and is aimed at confirming the transaction in the third next block. If it takes longer, we will increase the transaction fee at no cost through Replace By Fee (RBF).

Bitonic Instant

The fees below apply for buying and selling using your personal wallet via our website. The price you can see on the website is all-in and we guarantee it for a certain period once you start the transaction, with no surprises afterward. Below you will find the various fees included in the price.

This is the fee for directly sending bitcoin to your personal wallet. This fee goes to the miners who process the transaction on the bitcoin blockchain. The amount of this fee is variable and is aimed at confirming the transaction in the third next block. If it takes longer, we will increase the transaction fee at no cost through Replace By Fee (RBF).

Urgent payments incur an additional fee of 0.25 %, with a minimum amount of € 7.50.

A dynamic fee is calculated based on the activity on the bitcoin network. This fee is calculated to cover the inputs of the received bitcoin.

Bitonic Savings

The fees below apply to automatic saving with bitcoin. When you automatically purchase (bundled) bitcoin, you will receive a confirmation email with all transaction details, including the fees.

Since the fees vary depending on the purchase amount, we cannot always provide fixed percentages. However, we are happy to explain the various fees we charge.

This is a fixed fee for processing the SEPA transaction, which currently amounts to € 0.13. This fee is essentially constant and thus independent of the purchase amount. These fixed costs have a relatively larger impact on smaller purchase amounts but are less significant for larger purchase amounts. See our examples of the savings fee structure to understand the impact on different amounts.

This is the fee for sending bitcoin directly or after reaching a certain treshold to your personal wallet. This fee goes to the miners who process the transaction on the bitcoin blockchain. The amount of this fee is variable and depends on the activity on the bitcoin network.

The fees below apply to buying and selling large amounts of bitcoin through our exclusive trading desk. The pre-agreed price indication (quote) is all-in.
