Bonus code terms

Below you will find the terms applicable to the use of bonus codes offered by Bitonic B.V. By using bonus codes, you agree to these terms.

Bonus codes by Bitonic B.V.

1. These terms apply to both digital and printed bonus codes offered by Bitonic B.V.
2. The bonus code is only valid if it is entered correctly and if one or more transactions amounting to at least €100.00 in total worth of bitcoin (BTC) are purchased via the account environment on the website, where bitcoin (BTC) is stored with Bitonic, or via the app. The services Bits, BL3P, and OTC are excluded from this.
3. The amount of bitcoin (BTC) you receive is equivalent to €10.00 at that moment and will be credited to your Bitonic account. Bitonic cannot guarantee that this amount in bitcoin (BTC) will remain the same.
4. The bonus code is valid for a certain period and cannot be used after this period. This period may be shortened at our discretion or the bonus code may be discontinued at any time.
5. The bonus code can only be used once per person. When creating an account, you also declare and guarantee that you will only create and use one account (article 2 paragraph 4 sub g General Terms and Conditions of Bitonic B.V.). Any (attempted) fraud or other unauthorised actions, such as creating multiple accounts, will be recorded and will lead to the denial of the use of bonus codes. Furthermore, this gives Bitonic the right to terminate an account (article 4 paragraph 1 General Terms and Conditions of Bitonic B.V.).
6. The bonus code cannot be exchanged for bitcoin or cash/euro credit.
7. Bonus codes are issued once. In the event of theft or loss, no compensation will be provided. Loss also includes (accidental) deletion of emails.
8. It is not allowed to modify or falsify bonus codes, including hacking, spreading viruses, spamming, or forwarding.
9. Bonus codes cannot be used by third parties for commercial purposes and/or purposes other than those for which they were issued without permission.
10. The bonus code is not valid in combination with other bonus offers.
