Labour Day

On Friday may 1st, Labour Day, both domestic and international payments are limited due to Labour Day being a bank holiday. This means normal sell orders will take longer than usual to process. The verification of bank accounts will also be limited during Labour Day.

  • Buying bitcoins with iDEAL and Bancontact is still possible.
  • Selling bitcoins will also be possible, however, keep in mind that after 12:00 on Thursday april 30th, we cannot process regular sell orders until Monday, may 4th.
  • Urgent payments to Dutch banks will be processed as usual.

Support will be available on may 1st as usual through phone, e-mail or through the chat-apps telegram and signal.
