Referral link terms

Bitonic would like to let more potential customers discover Bitcoin and the Bitonic service, and also give thanks to her existing customers. Every customer that brings in a new customer will therefore receive a bonus. This bonus amounts to 0.25% of the bitcoins the new customer purchases (only the first transaction). By using the referral link you agree to the following conditions:

• This bonus deal is of indefinite duration.
• Anyone (the participant) who has purchased bitcoins at Bitonic.nl through iDEAL, Bancontact or Giropay can participate in this deal.
• The participant will receive a referral link, after a purchase of at least 0.01 bitcoin, that can be shared with potential customers.
• A new customer is: a customer that purchases bitcoins and uses a bank account number that is not yet known with Bitonic.
• It is not allowed to use the same bitcoin address for a purchase via a referral link. The bonus will be denied.
• Existing customers who have purchased a minimum of 0.01 bitcoin, in one purchase, can search their transaction and use the referral link that is provided.
• The bonus will be calculated when a minimum of 0.01 bitcoin has been purchased. It is possible that a new customer wishes to make a small transaction to try out our system. This “trial transaction” will therefore not be considered. The following transaction of at least 0.01 bitcoin will be used to calculate the bonus.
• The bonus is only valid for the first transaction of the new customer. (A trial transaction is excluded, see above).
• The referral link is valid as long as the customer’s web session, started through the referral link, is active. If the customer places an order outside of this link the bonus cannot be paid out.
• The bonus amounts to 0.25% of the ordered bitcoins by the new customer. The bonus will be transferred immediately together with the order to the bitcoin address that was used with the order that came with the referral link.
• Bitcoin address and the size of the order of the new customer can be traced by the owner of the referral link (participant). The participant is responsible for the communication of this possible intrusion of privacy of the new customer.
• Bitonic.nl reserves the right to alter, extent, suspend or terminate this bonus deal unilaterally.
• In all cases not provided for by these conditions, the decision lies with Bitonic.nl.
• Participants who demonstrably abuse the bonus deal may be excluded from further participation. Furthermore, any unduly paid out bonus can be reclaimed.
• Dutch law is exclusively applicable to this bonus deal.
